Dottie Phelps Visker, Featured Artist for April 2018

Dottie paints in amazing colors and textures.  She paints large and small canvases with big swashes of colorful flowers and abstract shapes.  “In my backyard I get inspiration-Colors in the flowers, sky and birds. I like to paint outside and inside. I adore the sunshine and have to be in a sunny room near the window.”  Dottie lives in Santa Rosa, but travels to the Central Coast often to capture the beauty of nature in her amazing artwork.
