April 2018 Opening Reception & 2nd Friday Art Walk!

APRIL RECEPTION NIGHT and ART WALK FRIDAY

The weather for tonight’s reception was perfect– once again it was beautiful! And it was a special night for Alice, Karen, Beth, Greg & Brady Cabe in the Upper Gallery for our 5-Person Show of Nighttime Photography, and in the Lower Gallery Dottie Visker had her show with all of her amazing colorful paintings heralding the Spring!

Tonight’s reception had pretty-good numbers with the customers… and everyone had wonderful things to say about all the artwork AND photography…And we had so many artists come and support our Featured Artists’ shows tonight. Lots of artists sold work and it was such fun meeting old and new friends!

REFRESHMENTS
All of our show Stars really put out an amazing food table tonight. They brought tons of wonderful chips and dips and cookies…tons of cookies and brownies and macaroons! Gregory McIntosh wan unable to be at our Reception tonight, so Greg S. created a fabulous punch, Spanky manned the punch table for us with the help of Neal Swanberg, and Beth did an amazing job taking care of the food tables. Neal, Spanky, Carlo and Beth did an amazing job cleaning up!

I appreciate all the sweet souls who came to help us set up and take down tonight… and worked at making sales throughout the evening. Special thanks Virginia, James and Jari who helped set up along with Greg Siragusa.
